Registered Nurse - New to the OR Program (Feb 2026 Cohort)

Duke Raleigh Surgery Center is now accepting RN applications to the New to the Operating Room Program for the February 2026 Cohort! The New to the Operating Room Program is a great opportunity for new graduate and skilled nurses without OR experience. Participants are trained to be an OR nurse in both roles as a circulator and a scrub. The program at Duke Raleigh Surgery Center involves six months of training with an initial schedule of 5-8 hour shifts, 8a-4:30p M-F followed by 4-10 hour shifts
