Job SummaryGeisinger offers outpatient Clinic Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. Geisinger has hundreds of community sites that allows LPNs to work to the top of their license while providing top-notch care in an ambulatory setting. Job DutiesThe Clinic LPN provides primary clinical support to the provider, patient and their family to assist in preparation for anesthetic care day of procedure/surgery. Roughly 80% of this role will be interacting with patients via phone and chart review. Roughly 20% would include in-person patient interactions. Follows up on diagnostic testing to ensure completion, accuracy, and filing of same in medical record to ensure continuity and quality of care. Promotes a clean environ
