Job SummaryThe Transfer Center Nurse is responsible for the coordination of the transfer of patients from, to and between Harris Health facilities, in a safe and timely manner. The Transfer Center Nurse functions independently in the prioritization and verification of transfer requests, keeping patient safety and high quality care vital to all transfers. This position is also responsible for the maintenance of department records and data associated with transfer requests.Minimum Qualifications Degrees:Associate Degree or diploma required, BSN preferred.
