Neonatal Intensive Care Position! Part time ! 7 P to 7A 48 hours per pay period! Seeking BSN, RN with a minimum of 2-year experience in NICU, &/or Critical Care, to provide exceptional care in our 84 bed NICU located at our Newark, DE Christiana Care location.

In this role, 24/7 nursing care is provided that includes:

- Comprehensive assessments

- Individualized care planning & care plan execution

- Facilitation of interdisciplinary team coordination

- Skillful utilization of patient electronic health record

- Advocacy & effective management in the event of patient condition change

As a tertiary teaching organization supporting over 6,000 births annually, we strive to serve our community as partners in their care with excellence and love. The Women's & Children's Services is located in our Center for Women's & Children's

Health on our Newark, DE campus. This Center is comprised of an OB Emergency Department, Labor & Delivery, OB Peri-op, OB High Risk, Antepartum, NICU and Pediatric Emergency and Inpatient Unit.

The following certifications are required: BLS and NRP

Professional certifications are recognized in this patient care area such as RNC-MNN, RNC-OB, RNC, CCRN

BSN is preferred; will consider ADN with a commitment to obtaining a BSN within a three year period
