Ongoing Training for New Graduate RNs

SJRMC is committed to set you up for success for a meaningful healthcare career!  We will give you support, clinical competence using evidence-based practice, structured orientation, and countless opportunities for online continuing education! You can look forward to:

• Nurse Residency Program with 12-monthly workshops comprised of classroom education presented by nursing leaders, and skills labs/practice.
• New graduates hired into Critical Care, Emergency Department and Operating Room will receive additional training which includes:
  • Essentials of Critical Care Orientation (ECCO) through the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN).
  • Emergency Nurses Orientation (ENO 2.0) through Emergency Nurses Association (ENA).

Available Benefits

Full Time associates are eligible for Medical, Dental, and Vision in addition to Long-Term and Short-Term disability. Other benefits include, but are not limited to: PTO, tuition reimbursement, retirement savings plans, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate of Science degree in nursing (ASN)
• Current license in the state of Idaho, or licensure eligible
• BLS on first day or to be assigned by the Learning Center
