Nurse Residency Program with 12-monthly workshops comprised of classroom education presented by nursing leaders, and skills labs/practice.
New graduates hired into Critical Care, Emergency Department and Operating Room will receive additional training which includes:
Essentials of Critical Care Orientation (ECCO) through the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN).
Emergency Nurses Orientation (ENO 2.0) through Emergency Nurses Association (ENA).

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Associate of Science degree in nursing (ASN)
Current license in the state of Idaho, or licensure eligible
BLS on first day or to be assigned by the Learning Center
