- Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
- Will see adult patients
- Avg of 15 patients per day - Some days up to 20
- Must have OR License and DOT and DEA required
- 2+ years experience working at a NP is needed
- 1 year experience in occupational health is required
- We provide complimentary housing and travel
