SUMMARY OF POSITION: In partnership with the Medical Director, Outpatient Director and Clinical Department(s), this position is responsible for the practice management, operations and coordination of the day-to-day clinical and business activities for high volume, multi-specialty and/or multi-disciplinary site(s). Responsible for the interviewing, hiring, supervision, discipline and staff development; capital and operational budget oversight/management; efficient utilization of resources; developing policies and procedures; both new employee orientation and ongoing education of staff, and management of quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical, operational, quality and cost efficiency and the patient experience on an on-going basis.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Â
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Master's degree in Nursing required.Â
5 years clinical experience required.Â
Progressive leadership experience required.Â
Currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse by Pennsylvania Board of Nurse Examiners required.Â
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:Â
Ability to utilize critical thinking skills to analyze and assess data, lead programmatic change, and maintain fiscal accountability.Â
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Â
Previous ambulatory experience preferred.Â
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Â
Able to sit occasionally; stand constantly; walk frequently.Â
Able to lift/carry 0-10 lbs frequently; 11-50 lbs occasionally.Â
Able to push/pull 0-20 lbs frequently; 21-75 lbs occasionally.Â
Able to climb occasionally; reach constantly.Â
Able to use hand for simple/firm grasping.Â
