Are you a Nurse Practitioner, or a Physician Assistant that wants to be part of a great team? ChristianaCare is currently looking for an Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) to join our Nutritional Support Team. The selected candidate will work collaboratively with the Medical Director for the Nutritional Support Team as a self-directed practitioner who provides an individualized plan of care to initiate, maintain, and improve the nutritional status of patients in the inpatient setting. This is a Monday-Friday position with rotating weekend coverage.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Masters' degree in Advance Practice Nursing (must be acute care) or Physician Assistant
• License or license eligible in the state of Delaware
• Prescriptive Authority required
• Related clinical experience with the adult population preferred
• Nutrition support certification by the National Board of Nutrition Support Certification, Inc. within two years of hire date
• ACLS required
