Atlantic Health System is seeking a Full-Time Clinical Office Manager, RN , Atlantic Advanced Urgent Care in Phillipsburg, NJ

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for phone management of patients; triage phone calls utilizing assessment skills to evaluate patient's chief complaint and urgency of the problem
• Follow up with patients regarding lab work and test results; prescription renewal/pre-authorizations/certificate of medical necessity/disability paperwork
• Assist physician and patient during visit; room patients, support physician during procedures; IM and SQ injections
• Act as role model and clinical resource for CMA's and Registered Nurses

Minimum Education:

• Nursing Degree; BSN preferred

Minimum Experience:

• 3-4 years nursing experience in an outpatient setting preferred

Licenses/Certifications:

• Valid NJ RN License
• BLS preferred

Qualifications:

• Candidate must have excellent communication and computer skills
