Seeking an experienced and full-time nurse practitioner to help start a brand-new Occupational Medicine clinic located in Centralia, Washington. The role will be responsible for seeing, Injured worker care covered by WA L&I, self-insured and worker compensation insurers, DOT physicals, Pre-employment physicals, drug screens, occupational health client services, joint injections or trigger point. Candidates must be experienced and comfortable working alone as this will be a solo practice for a period of time as the clinic becomes established. This is an opportunity to be on the forefront of a new Occupational Medicine growth opportunity while living in the beautiful community of Centralia.

• 4/10 schedule with no call and no weekends
• At least 1 year of Occupational Medicine or Urgent Care experience required
• Must be comfortable working autonomously
• Compensation is between $56.28 and $71.79 per hour
• The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
