The program is a combination of classroom instruction and clinical hours with preceptors who are experts in their fields. At the conclusion of the Residency, RNs will feel confident in providing the quality patient care our patients require and deserve. Minimum Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred. BSN required after 3 years of employmentEducation/Licenses/Certifications: Current WA state RN license. Current Health Care Provider level CPR certification.
