Position Summary:
The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering patient care in a safe and supportive environment that promotes trust and confidence among the patients and their families. Responsibilities include patient assessment, education, and symptom management. The RN will act as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide continuity of care throughout various stages of treatment and follow-up. This is a professional nursing position working in close partnership of a physician. This position requires the use of discretion and good judgement in dealing with patients. This position works in collaboration with physicians, pharmacists and clinic staff to provide patient care.

Minimum Requirements:
Medical Oncology - Biotherapy Certificate required within 9 months of hire
Medical Oncology - 1 year of acute care experience preferred
Medical Oncology - 1 year of chemotherapy administration preferredEducation/Licenses/Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or obtained within three years from the initial date of hire
Current Washington State R.N. License
Current BLS CPR healthcare provider card required
Oncology certification preferred
