Job Responsibilities:

• Care for birth - 21 years of age
• Ranging from checkups, vaccinations or care for a chronic illness

Job Qualifications:

• 2 years of Pediatric experience as a provider
• Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified
• Current license to practice in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Degree preferred
