Part Time Days, 24 hours per week
You Will be Responsible for
Greets customers, answers phone and schedules appointments.
Coordinates Workersâ€™ Comp. for AdventHealth Hendersonville associates.
Develops and coordinates light-duty program.
Evaluates associates coming off leave of absence.
Coordinates needle/sharp exposure lists, follow-up and filing.
Conducts TB testing, fit testing and urine drug screens.
Conducts Health Risk Assessments, entering information into computer system.
Conducts counseling and education for associates in the wellness program.
Assists with wellness program in-services and education.
Assists with pre-employment screenings, vaccines and lab compliance.
What You Will Need
Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Minimum of five years of nursing experience
Current RN licensure in the State of North Carolina
Current American Heart Association BLS
Responsible for coordinating AdventHealth Hendersonville workers' compensation and light duty program. Conducts health risk assessments. Counsels employees in the wellness program and assists with in-services. Assists with pre-employment screenings, vaccinations and fit testing as needed.
