The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is assigned to telemetry monitoring at the Robley Rex VA Healthcare System, Louisville, Kentucky. The purpose of Telemetry Monitoring is to provide a mechanism for short term diagnostic cardiac telemetry monitoring of hemodynamically stable patients with non-life threatening arrhythmias that do not require intensive medical and nursing services provided in the critical care unit. 1.
