Description The Assistant Clinical Manager is responsible for management of clinical services in the Infusion Clinic under the supervision of the Manager of Critical Care Services. Works closely with the Manager and Medical Staff leadership to develop, implement, and maintain clinical and educational programs that enhance the quality of care and achieve a high level of patient and provider satisfaction. Requirements EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing. BSN preferred.
CERTIFICATION/LICENSES: RN. with current New Mexico State license. BLS and ACLS issued through American Heart Association. National certification in area of expertise is preferred.
SKILLS: Strong clinical and leadership skills and previous management experience including experience in facilitating interdisciplinary team collaboration. Evidence of such experience should include:
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5 years experience in clinical role in medical/surgical services. Two years progressive management experience. -Responsible to:NATURE OF SUPERVISION: Clinic Manager CCU, PCU
