Administers the Risk Management Program on a day-to-day basis. Interfaces with legal counsel. Manages and analyzes risk management data. Conducts risk management educational programs, complies with Florida State Statutes, Federal Regulations and Joint Commission's Standards with the objective of improving patient care and minimizing loss to protect the assets of the facility. Participates in formulating policy and organizational changes, with the advice and approval from Administration.
Qualifications Bachelor's degreerequired.5 years of clinical nursingor risk managementexperience required.
Additional qualifications Candidates with Risk Management experience required.
Experience in quality and patient safety preferred.
Position will require attention to detail, strong time management skills,andthe ability to analyze, investigate and recommend outcomes related to patient safety incidents.
License or certification Florida RN license required. Certified Professional in Health Care Risk Management (CPHRM) certificate required within two years of date of hire.

Compensation Detail Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. The minimum salary every 2 weeks is approx $3156.80, based on a full-time position.
