The Primary Care Administrator is directly accountable for the pediatric primary care practices in the Pennsylvania territory, along with acquisition efforts as determined by the strategic plan.
This position is responsible for:
Financial performance of the primary care offices and practices.
Management and oversight of practice revenue cycle operations including ease of access to care for patients and families.
Development and implementation of the primary care strategic plan.
Development and implementation of policies, procedures, and standard work processes.
Successful on-boarding of new physicians and locations.
Hiring and supervising associates.
Assuring a safe environment for patients and associates.
Achieving and maintaining patient and family experience goals.
Designing and implementing improvement initiatives for the practices.
Assuring sufficient human capital resources to meet practice requirements.
Assuring sufficient information management and technology resources to enable practice success.
Monitoring physician productivity standards and efficiency to ensure compliance with Nemours access and productivity guidelines.
Aligning primary care practices with value-based care
The incumbent needs to possess well-developed analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree required.
Master's degree in business or health administration is preferred. Combination of education and experience acceptable.
Relevant experience in the presentation of written and oral materials, interaction with Senior Leadership and Medical Staff, and self-directed project completion are highly desirable.
Demonstrated record of progressively responsible administrative practice experience (oversight/management) in a tertiary care facility, preferably pediatric.
Regularly local travel (driving) required between Nemours practice locations in Pennsylvania
