Good Shepherd Hospice is seeking a Hospice Clinical Manager to join their team of professionals, caregivers and trained volunteers.
Responsibilities will include:
Leading a clinical interdisciplinary team that provides best-in-class patient care at every level
Managing and fostering a collaborative and compassionate team environment
Educating and empowering team members to deliver a unique approach to each patient experience
NYS RN License
Bachelor’s Degree; Masters preferred
Minimum 3 years nursing experience, palliative/end of life experience preferred
Electronic Medical Record experience
Prior managerial or supervisory experience
