What we are looking for:
La Paloma Treatment Center is currently seeking a Registered Nurse, to assess patientâ€™s medical needs, monitor medications, administer and track TB skin tests, monitor random drug screens, and assist psychiatrists and nurse practitioners as needed.

This position is located at Foundations Recovery Networkâ€™s residential treatment facility, The Oaks at La Paloma, in Memphis, Tennessee.
Key Responsibilities include:
Completes medical screening and/or assessment of new clients immediately upon admission according to level of care procedures.
Monitors medication process for individuals living in residential facilities including supervision of medication distribution, supervising self-administration process.
Prepares Medication Administration Record (MAR).
Provides on-going consumer education (group and individual) regarding medications.
Implements and monitor procedures for random urine drug screens to ensure that each individual is screened as appropriate.
Ensures that test results are documented in medical file and with patientâ€™s clinician.
Participates in weekly staff and clinical meetings.
Cross-trains and supports other divisions as needed or requested by supervisor.
