Depending upon status (I-IV), associate may perform any or all of the following duties. Associate accepts assignment to any of the following duties for which associate meets skill requirements as indicated in "Skill" section above. Nursing Assistant Duties: Under the close direction of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse, provides individualized patient care to meet the needs of assigned patients. Provides direct care related to patients' personal needs and indirect care related to comfort and cleanliness of the environment. Unit Secretary Duties: Attends the nursing station and performs a variety of general, clerical and reception duties during an assigned shift. Telemetry Monitor Tech Duties: Under the direct supervision of the Charge Nurse, assumes responsibility for constant electro-cardiographic monitoring with accurate, notification of questionable patterns, and provides accurate documentation of information obtained from cardiac monitoring equipment. Restorative Aide Duties: Under the direct supervision of the Charge Nurse, implements patients' individualized functional maintenance programs as outlined in individual patient care plans and functional maintenance program protocols. All the above duties involve provision of patient care/service to older adolescent, young adult, adult, and geriatric patients.

OUR SYMBOL Reflects the healing ministry of Jesus Christ - a combination of a medical cross and a religious cross. The flowing banner on the cross is a common symbol of the risen Christ, while the royal purple signifies Christ. The flowing banner also conveys a sense of motion as we move forward into a new era of service to our communities.
