The House Supervisor assumes responsibility for complete facility operations during the assigned shift.Â This includes supervising nursing and clinical staff, ensuring that patient care is provided in an accurate and timely manner.Â This position has responsibility for the supervision of care of patients ranging from adolescent through geriatrics.
Education:Â Registered Nurse degree from an accredited program in professional nursing is required.
Experience:Â A minimum of three (3) years experience in an acute hospital setting; preferably in a psychiatric facility.Â Supervisory/managerial experience preferred.
Licensure:Â Currently licensed to practice by the State Board of Nursing.
Additional Requirements:Â CPR with AED (CPR/AED) certification must be current and a copy of your certification must be presented to Human Resources upon hire.Â You must successfully complete Fremont Hospitalâ€™s Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (CPI) training course within 90 days of employment and prior to assisting with preventative intervention measures. Â You may be required to work overtime and flexible hours.
