Advanced Practice Registered Nurses / Physician Assistants
Serves as an advanced practice Nurse providing specialty care in collaboration with attending physicians to neonatal and infant patients requiring intensive care. Maintains an advanced knowledge base and skills in health promotion and maintenance, disease prevention, physical assessment , and management of health and illness care of the patients population served.
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioners program, and/or Master's Degree in Nursing, with certificate.
Specialty training in the treatment and care of neonatal and infant patients.
Licensure by state of Louisiana as a Registered Nurse/ Nurse Practitioner, NPR Certification
