Position Summary: RN Supervisor for fast-paced, state-of-the-art endoscopy facility at regional medical center. Opening new building summer 2018 with four endoscopy suites, admit/discharge, PACU. Provides leadership and expertise for experienced team of nurses and endoscopy technicians supporting Montana’s largest GI group in colonoscopy, EGD, and EUS procedures. Effective problem-solver, communicator/liaison to GI providers, clinical staff, nursing and operational leadership ensuring quality patient care, high-functioning work teams, and efficient processes for gastroenterology department.
Schedule: Fulltime, 80 hour per pay period, M-F, hours vary with the needs of the clinic.

Current Montana RN License or ability to obtain Montana license
Previous supervisory experience and proven leadership skills required
Endoscopy or other procedure experience preferred
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail and follow through required
Ability to use the computer for electronic charting preferred.
